Frequently Asked Questions
Why should I object?
The new travel plan submitted on 27th October is based on untested and unrealistic assumptions. 61% of attendees live outside the TN13 postcode area, meaning more cars and more traffic, particularly on Fridays. Attendees will be parking on residential streets during operating hours (4:30am–11pm), causing congestion, safety risks, obstruction to driveways, and sleep disturbance from private security guards and wardens patrolling every Friday.
What happens to my data?
Your details are used only to assemble and send your objection email to the council. We do not store your data on our servers, and we do not sell or share your information. See our privacy policy for more details.
Can I send my own email instead?
Yes! You can email directly to planning.comments@sevenoaks.gov.uk and CC DevelopmentPlanningWest@kent.gov.uk. Use subject line 25/02666/DETAIL and state your objection to the discharge of Condition 5, explaining that the new travel plan is untested, unrealistic, and will exacerbate congestion, parking issues, and safety risks. Include your full name, address, and postcode.
What is the deadline?
All objections must be submitted by 17th November 2025. If residents do not object, the council will assume local people accept this plan.
